These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoundLeads platform ("Platform"), operated by MxsterMxnds Productions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SoundLeads.
SoundLeads is an AI-powered software platform designed for music producers and beat makers. It provides tools to discover potential artist leads from publicly available music platform data, score those leads using artificial intelligence, and generate personalised outreach messages, pitch scripts, and Loom video scripts. The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits to unlock individual lead contact details and access AI-generated outreach materials. Credits are consumed upon use and are non-transferable between accounts.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SoundLeads. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mxstermxnds.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are found to be involved in abuse of the Platform, or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful.
3.1 Credit Purchases. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (currently Mainstack) and are applied to your account upon successful payment confirmation. Credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Credit balances do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to introduce expiry policies with reasonable advance notice to users.
3.2 Lead Unlocking. Unlocking a lead consumes a specified number of credits from your balance. Once a lead has been unlocked, credits are deducted and cannot be reversed, even if the lead data is later found to be outdated or inaccurate. Unlocking the same lead a second time will not deduct additional credits from your account.
3.3 Pricing. All prices are displayed at the time of checkout and are subject to change. The price applied to any purchase is the price displayed at checkout.
3.4 Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Mainstack. We do not store your payment card details. Financial transactions are subject to Mainstack's own terms and privacy policies. Failed payments may result in credit not being applied to your account; contact support@mxstermxnds.com if this occurs.
4.1 Nature of Lead Data. SoundLeads aggregates and presents information derived from publicly available music platforms, including but not limited to Spotify. Lead data includes artist names, profile information, genre tags, and contact information discovered through public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, freshness, or deliverability of any lead data. Artist contact details may be outdated, incorrect, or unavailable. You accept that lead data is provided on an "as available" basis without warranty.
4.2 AI-Generated Outreach Content. AI-generated messages, scripts, and Loom video scripts produced by SoundLeads are created using Google Gemini AI based on lead profile data and your branding inputs. These are provided as starting-point tools only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the suitability of any AI-generated content before using it. We make no warranty that AI-generated messages are appropriate, effective, compliant with platform policies, or free from factual errors. You must not send AI-generated outreach messages as automated bulk communications without human review. SoundLeads is a drafting and ideation tool, not an automated spamming tool.
4.3 Intellectual Property in Outputs. You retain ownership of any original creative inputs you provide to the Platform (e.g. branding details, original text). AI-generated outputs are provided to you on a royalty-free license for personal business use. We do not claim ownership over outreach messages you send. However, we retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable usage data to improve the Platform.
By using SoundLeads, you agree to: use lead data and AI-generated outreach content only for lawful, professional music industry outreach purposes; comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act (US), PECR (UK), and any equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction; obtain any necessary permissions before contacting individuals in jurisdictions where opt-in consent is required for commercial communications; not misrepresent your identity or business in outreach messages; not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or send abusive messages to artists or their representatives; not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute any data obtained through the Platform; review all AI-generated content before sending it to ensure it is accurate and appropriate. You are solely responsible for the outreach you conduct using SoundLeads data and tools. MxsterMxnds Productions Ltd is not liable for any consequences arising from how you use the outreach content or contact data.
The following uses of SoundLeads are strictly prohibited: sending unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam) using Platform data; using the Platform to contact minors or individuals who have opted out of communications; reselling, sublicensing, or distributing lead data obtained through the Platform to third parties; attempting to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems, APIs, or other users' accounts; using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity; bypassing or attempting to bypass credit deduction systems; using automated bots or scripts to access the Platform in ways not expressly permitted; using the Platform to generate content for competing lead generation services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
SoundLeads integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. These include Google Gemini AI (for outreach generation), Spotify (as a data source), Mainstack (for payments), Supabase (for data storage), and Google Sheets (for lead export). Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may affect Platform functionality, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any integration. Your use of SoundLeads must comply with the terms of all underlying third-party platforms, including Spotify's Developer Terms of Service.
SoundLeads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that lead data will be accurate, current, or complete; that AI-generated outreach content will achieve any particular result or response rate; that use of the Platform will comply with the terms of any third-party platform or applicable law in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MxsterMxnds Productions Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of SoundLeads, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from outreach conducted using Platform data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of credits purchased by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MxsterMxnds Productions Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of lead data or AI-generated content; (c) outreach messages you send using Platform tools; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mxstermxnds.com. Upon closure, any remaining credit balance will be evaluated under our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms, abuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of SoundLeads after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. For users in the United Kingdom, the laws of England and Wales apply where additionally relevant. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Nigeria for the resolution of disputes. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of no less than 30 days.
